About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Intern to join our HR team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for fresh graduates or recent postgraduates who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources. The role will provide exposure across core HR functions including employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, payroll coordination, and recruitment support in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support employees across key HR functions and day-to-day HR operations
  • Assist in performance management and employee feedback processes
  • Support employee relations initiatives and help foster a positive workplace culture
  • Coordinate payroll-related activities and maintain HR documentation and employee records
  • Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination
  • Organize and support employee engagement activities, events, and HR initiatives
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling employee information and HR data


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field completed or recently completed
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
