About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Intern to join our HR team. Key Responsibilities
- Support employees across key HR functions and day-to-day HR operations
- Assist in performance management and employee feedback processes
- Support employee relations initiatives and help foster a positive workplace culture
- Coordinate payroll-related activities and maintain HR documentation and employee records
- Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination
- Organize and support employee engagement activities, events, and HR initiatives
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling employee information and HR data
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field completed or recently completed
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
