About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The candidate will support the finance team in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and assisting in compliance-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records and reports.
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
Assist in preparing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions.
Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
Coordinate with internal teams for financial documentation.
Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (B.Com/BBA).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
