Location: India & Dubai (with frequent travel)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Marketing Manager to join our team at Doubletick. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing monthly events in both India and Dubai. You will be at the forefront of ensuring the success of our events by managing all aspects, from inviting participants to coordinating logistics and delivering seamless experiences. The role requires frequent travel and the ability to work closely with the founder and the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning and Execution:

  • Organize and execute monthly events for Doubletick in India and Dubai.

  • Manage the entire event lifecycle from conceptualization to post-event analysis.

  • Ensure all logistical aspects of the event are handled efficiently (venue, catering, AV equipment, etc.).

  • Develop event timelines, budgets, and plans to ensure seamless operations.

• Audience Engagement:

  • Actively promote and invite people to Doubletick events through phone calls, emails, and networking.

  • Build relationships with potential attendees and ensure high event attendance.

  • Create and manage guest lists, handling RSVPs and follow-ups.

• Marketing and Promotion:

  • Collaborate with the Doubletick marketing team to ensure events are promoted effectively across all platforms (email, social media, etc.).

  • Work on strategies to drive attendee engagement before, during, and after the event.

• Reporting & Coordination:

  • Report directly to the founder of Doubletick, providing updates on event planning, execution, and outcomes.

  • Coordinate with external vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations.

• Travel:

  • Be open to frequent travel to oversee and manage events across India and Dubai.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event management, preferably in marketing events.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Comfortable making outbound calls to invite and engage potential event attendees.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel frequently between India and Dubai.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
