We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Global Partnerships to lead and scale our partnership ecosystem globally. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying, establishing, and nurturing strategic alliances that drive business growth, expand market reach, and deliver exceptional value to our customers. This is a leadership position requiring a strong mix of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Development:

    • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities to support business objectives.

    • Develop a global partnerships strategy aligned with the company’s vision, goals, and market opportunities.

  • Partnership Management:

    • Build, nurture, and maintain relationships with key partners, including technology providers, resellers, affiliates, and other ecosystem players.

    • Drive joint business planning, goal-setting, and performance reviews with partners to ensure alignment and mutual success.

  • Market Expansion:

    • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to launch partnerships in new and existing markets.

    • Negotiate and execute agreements to optimize revenue opportunities and operational efficiencies.

  • Leadership and Team Building:

    • Lead and mentor a global partnerships team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.

    • Set clear objectives, track KPIs, and ensure the team delivers against strategic partnership goals.

  • Revenue and Growth Impact:

    • Drive measurable business outcomes, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market penetration through partnerships.

    • Identify co-marketing opportunities and joint product development initiatives.

  • Market Insights and Trends:

    • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to inform partnership strategies.

    • Represent the company at key industry events, forums, and partner meetings.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in strategic partnerships, business development, or alliances in relevant industries, e.g., SaaS, technology, consumer products, etc..

  • Strong track record of building and scaling global partnerships with demonstrable revenue impact.

  • Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and relationship management skills.

  • Deep understanding of partnership models, go-to-market strategies, and joint value propositions.

  • Experience working across diverse markets and cultures, with a global mindset.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred but not mandatory.
