Roles and Responsibilities
As Head of Growth, you will be responsible for driving predictable, scalable growth across the entire customer lifecycle. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to design, execute, and optimize growth strategies grounded in data and experimentation.
This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll set strategy, build the growth team, and still get into the weeds when needed.
Own company-wide growth metrics: ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, activation, retention, expansion
Define and execute Doubletick’s growth roadmap across PLG and Sales-led motions
Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities across funnels
Scale inbound and outbound growth channels (SEO, paid, partnerships, content, lifecycle, referrals)
Optimize conversion across landing pages, signup flows, and demos
Work closely with Sales to improve pipeline quality and velocity
Drive activation, onboarding, and time-to-value improvements
Partner with Product to design experiments that improve usage, engagement, and retention
Use customer insights to influence product roadmap
Build a strong experimentation culture (A/B testing, cohort analysis, funnel optimization)
Define growth dashboards and KPIs
Turn data into actionable insights and fast iterations
Build and mentor a high-performing growth team (marketing, lifecycle, analytics, growth PMs)
Align cross-functional teams around growth priorities
Be a thought partner to founders and leadership on growth bets
You should have :
7–12+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or revenue roles in SaaS
Proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS growth (PLG or sales-assisted)
Strong understanding of funnels, metrics, and experimentation frameworks
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering
Data-driven mindset with the ability to move fast with imperfect information
Hands-on operator who can zoom in and out seamlessly
Preferred
Experience scaling from early-stage to Series B/C+
Background in developer tools, productivity, or messaging platforms
Experience building growth teams from scratch
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, etc.
